Helpful Tip: Remember that brewing Choffy with different methods will yield different results. Brewing in a French Press will always result in a stronger flavor.
HOW TO BREW IN A COFFEE MAKER

Fill the water reservoir with cold water.

Use a gold or nylon mesh filter in your coffee maker. Paper filters will clog.

Measure 2 Tablespoons of Choffy per 6 oz. of water. For a 10 – 12 cup machine we use 1 cup of Choffy. Add this to the filter.

Set your coffee maker to brew. For best results, brew on the “strong” setting. For many machines this is the “1 – 4 cup” setting.

When Choffy is finished brewing, pour into your favorite cup and enjoy.

Many people enjoy drinking Choffy black. But adding creamer and/or sweetener brings out a new depth of chocolate flavor sophistication. Experiment with different options to find your favorite. Some of our favorites are French Vanilla creamer, Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Sweet Cream creamer, Mint creamer, and Pumpkin spice.

HOW TO BREW IN A FRENCH PRESS

Add Choffy to the bottom of your French Press. 2 Tablespoons per 6 oz. of water.

Bring water to a rolling boil and add it to your French Press.

Stir with a non-metallic spoon (if using a glass press).

Set the lid on the French Press, and let steep for 5 – 10 minutes.

For richer flavor, stir again after 3 – 5 minutes.

After the desired steeping time has been reached, depress the piston.

Pour Choffy into your favorite cup and enjoy.
