Ingredients:

BOTTOM LAYER
1 1/2 cups, pitted and chopped Dates
2 tbs Goji Berries
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1 tbs Cocoa Powder
1 tbs Choffy

TOP LAYER
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/2 cup Chocolate Sesame Spread
1/4 cup Honey
1 tbs Coconut Oil

TOPPINGS
Pepita Seeds
Chia Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Goji Berries


Steps:

1.) PREPARE THE BOTTOM LAYER
In a food processor add dates and goji berries and pulse until a paste is formed

2.) Add cocoa powder, coffee, almonds, and walnuts. Blend until combined.

3.) Pour into a parchment lined casserole dish

4.) Press down on mixture until you have an even layer

5.) Freeze for 20 minutes

6.) MAKE TOP LAYER
While the bottom layer is freezing, heat a sauce pan on medium heat

7.) Melt coconut oil in pan, then add honey, chocolate sesame spread, and almond butter

8.) Stir continuously until all ingredients have melted and smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 15 minutes

9.) Spread almond butter mixture on top of the bottom layer. Sprinkle with desired toppings and press into top layer to adhere.

10.) Freeze for 90 minutes

11.) Cut into 9-12 bars and snack!
