I have been enjoying CHOFFY for several years. In fact, at this moment in writing this review I am drinking a refreshing iced CHOFFY made with the new Ecuador Dark! This is by far the darkest in my opinion.... in fact, I have a second bag where I have mixed a medium ground (IC Dark) with the Ecuador to make a personal, perfect blend for myself. I generally add a little creamer. The first day I drink a cup hot, then keep it over night to enjoy a few cups iced the next day. I love the unique taste.... it has definitely ruined hot chocolate for me! That stuff is way too heavy and sugary at this point. I appreciate the healthy aspects of brewing the cocoa bean! I am always excited to try the latest beans and roasts CHOFFY comes out with!!
