Shipping and Returns
We know that shipping can be difficult and SLOW. At Choffy, we strive to make shipping convenient and fast. We use USPS for most all of our shipments (except for large shipments). Usually shipping times are 2-3 days to get to almost every state in the US. For larger packages we use UPS whose shipping times are 5-7 business days. We are constantly trying to find better rates for our customers and whenever we do, we pass the savings on to you! (Note: All reshipments due to incomplete, incorrect, or old addresses will be charged the rate to re-ship your product to you. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct!)

Please include a note with the order number and if you would like to return or request a different flavor. Once we have received the package, we will refund you for 100% of the purchase price of the product. If you would like to exchange products, we will be happy to help you with that. For exchanges or re-ships, we will charge the amount of shipping.
