How to Brew Choffy in a French Press
While this is the longest and most involved brewing process, it produces the strongest brew!
1. Add Choffy into Press
Add 2 tablespoons of Choffy per 6 ounces of water to the French press.
2. Add Boiling Water
Pour boiling water over Choffy grounds in the press.
3. Stir, Steep and Repeat
Stir and let it steep for 3 minutes, then repeat this step once or twice depending on how strong you'd like your Choffy to be.
4. Press Down
Press the filter down completely to strain the Choffy grounds down to the bottom of the press.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
Serve and enjoy your Choffy black, or with your desired creamer/sweeteners.
How to Brew in a Drip Machine
The most practical way to brew for a larger group of people, or for multiple cups!
1. Set Up the Filter
Use a permanent filter, gold or nylon mesh in your drip machine. Do not use a paper filter as it will clog with Choffy grounds.
2. Add the Choffy
Add 2 tablespoons of Choffy per 6 ounces of water to the filter.
3. Add the Water
Add cool or lukewarm water to the water container on the back or side of the machine.
4. Select the Right Settings
Select the hottest brew temperature and the boldest setting to brew. Start the machine.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
Serve and enjoy your Choffy black, or with your desired creamer/sweeteners.
How to Brew a Single Cup of Choffy
These options are a way to brew a cup for one person.
Single Serve Cups
The easiest way is to use our Choffy single serve cups. You can use them in any Keurig machine.
Tea Infusers
You can also use tea infusers. Just make sure that you use boiling water and steep 4-6 minutes.
Aeropress
An Aeropress or other single serve machines also work well to make your own cup of Choffy.
