Thank you for shopping with Choffy! We roast, package, and ship all orders with care from our facility in Cedar City, Utah.
Processing Time:
– Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
– Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage or similar): 3–5 business days after processing
– Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing
– Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates:
– Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
– Free shipping promotions (when available) will be clearly stated on our website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
– If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@choffy.com within 7 days with photos, and we will replace or refund your order.
– If a package is lost in transit, please notify us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

1. Return Window
- You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@choffy.com with your order number.
2. Eligibility
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Due to food safety regulations, opened packages cannot be returned.
- If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for another reason (changed your mind, ordered the wrong product), customers are responsible for return shipping.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you prefer, we can also issue store credit to your Choffy account upon request.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need an exchange, email us at support@choffy.com and we’ll send you a replacement.

Promotion and Giveaway Terms
From time to time, Choffy offers promotions, discounts, and giveaways. Please review the terms below:
Eligibility:
– Promotions are valid for U.S. residents aged 18 or older unless otherwise stated.
– Employees of Choffy and their immediate families are not eligible for giveaways.
Promotion Periods:
– Each promotion will clearly state the start and end date on our website, emails, or social media posts.
– Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
Prizes:
– Giveaways will describe the prize(s) offered and the number of winners.

We will, however, allow you to use that unused discount code or coupon code on your next order, (so long as it has not expired.) That way if you forget to apply a coupon, like a first time coupon, it's not a problem! You can just use it on your next order!
