What if I make an error on my order?
Please call us right away. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all orders and order information is correct, however we do try to help out whenever we can. If you ordered after hours, email us right away AND leave a message on our phones.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Our goal is to ship out all orders within the same day of receiving them. We do, however, ensure that all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Once we ship the orders from our warehouse, the typical shipping time is 2-3 days, but this is also out of control and in the control of the carrier (typically USPS).
What if I forgot to put in my coupon code when I ordered?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply coupon codes retroactively once the order is complete. But please save it for your next order so it can be used then!

How do I start a Schedule and Save order?
1. Log into your account
2. Find the product would like to put on a Schedule and Save order and click on it
3. Click on the "Subscribe and Save 10%" button
4. Select your desired frequency of order occurances (this can be updated later too)
5. Click Add to Cart
6. Check out normally and Violà!
How do I update/change/add payment methods to my Schedule and Save?
1. Log into your account
2. Scroll over the person icon in the top right corner and click my account
3. Click manage subscriptions on the bar for this page
4. Click on the manage subscription button on the select recurring order you'd like to change
5. Click on the payment method box on the lower left side of the screen
6. Click on add a payment method
7. Add your new card and ensure that the box is checked that says "update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method" and save!
How to add/delete products from your Schedule and Save order?
1. Log into your accout
2. Scroll over the person icon in the top right corner and click my account
3. Click manage subscriptions on the bar for this page
4. Click on the manage subscription button on the select recurring order you'd like to change
5. Add the product from the "Try Something New" section
6. If you'd like to swap out the product you are recieving for a new one, click on the "Product" box and then click on "Swap Product"
7. Search for your desired product and save

How do I access my Ambassador portal?
Click on the "Log Into Your Portal" button below to access your portal. You can also log in on our main Ambassador page. We recommend saving the website to your favorites bar on your computer for easy access!
When do I get payed?
We pay out to our Ambassadors once you hit $100 or more in your account. You can get a 'pay out' sooner however by exchanging the money in your account with store credits to purchase your Choffy!
How can I best share Choffy with my followers?
You can share Choffy through unboxing videos, videos or photos on how you brew Choffy, sharing your favorite flavor and why, posting your personalized link, sharing recipes you make with your Choffy, and anything else you might think of!
How can I personalize my code for my followers to buy from?
When you log into your account, click on the 'Settings' page and scroll down until you find the referral code area. This is where you can change it to be whatever you'd like. We do ask that codes have clean language as any codes that are changed to be derogatory, offensive, or inappropriate will be deleted.
How do I update my Ambassador portal with all of my social media tags?
When you log into your account, click on the 'Settings' page and fill in the profile section with your social media tags.

Choffy is brewed chocolate! After carefully searching for and acquiring the highest quality cacao, we roast and grind these beans in our specialized proprietary processes to produce the finest product. We then package the Choffy, and then ship it to you to brew just like you would coffee!

How do I make my Choffy?
Choffy can be brewed in a french press, a drip machine, pour over, percolator, Keurig machine, or even on the stove! Any way you can brew coffee, you can brew Choffy! That’s why it’s known as the coffee alternative!
Choffy vs coffee, what's the difference?
Choffy gives you more natural energy than the caffeine does in coffee, and it lasts 4-6 times longer! Choffy is not acidic like coffee is, and it has so many health benefits that our only ingredient, cacao beans, are considered a superfood! In terms of taste, Choffy is more chocolatey than coffee, but it our Ecuador French roast is extremely coffee-like.
Can I drink my Choffy at night?
Yes you can! The energy that comes from Choffy is from the vasodilation (increased blood flow in your whole system), but does not alter your sleeping chemicals or patterns.
