Returns & Refunds Policy

At Choffy, Inc., we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

  • You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • To start a return, please contact us at support@choffy.com with your order number.

2. Eligibility

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to food safety regulations, opened packages cannot be returned.
  • If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for another reason (changed your mind, ordered the wrong product), customers are responsible for return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you prefer, we can also issue store credit to your Choffy account upon request.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange, email us at support@choffy.com and we’ll send you a replacement.

6. How to Return

  1. Email us at support@choffy.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible).
