    Ivory Coast Medium Roast

Have used in French Press twice now ....not sure we understood the ratio of tablespoons to each 6 ounces the first time. The second time I was the one making it, so used more CHOFFY.......soooo good.....reminded me of hot chocolate, especially when I used the fresh, raw cream from our share in a milking cow...did not use any sweeteners.....delish
