10oz French Roast Variety Set

My husband and I are coffee snobs. However we have been wanting to cut back on our coffee consumption due various reasons including health and getting older. He found Choffy on Amazon and ordered a bag. Man we were hooked immediately! We have very busy lives with full time jobs, hobbies and 7 rescue ferrets.
We also run our own gaming channel on YouTube. So the days when we need an extra boost during our hours long recording sessions or in general we break out the Choffy. I also drink this when my IBS acts up and my gut will not tolerate coffee or tea. It is very soothing on the gut and relaxing to the soul.

What you do need to understand about Choffy:
1. This is not the commercial hot chocolate mix you find in stores. This is brewing cocoa with no sugar or addidtives. So it will not be creamy and sweet unless you add creamer or sugar.
2. All the flavors are great, but the Volta is our favorite. However if you like a mix of dark and medium flavors just to do 2 parts to 1 part of either variety.
3. This can be mixed with ground coffee to give it an extra jolt and cocoa flavor.
3. You need to follow the brewing directions on the package. Choffy by itself is best brewed in a french press or a compressed brew basket that you get with some carafe/single serve style coffee machines.
4. If you don't want to drink it black, dairy or nutmilks is a great addition to it. I add vanilla oatmilk to mine and it is wonderful without all the added sugar.

Choffy may not be for everyone but for our busy lifestyle it keeps us going!

This was a good introduction to Choffy French Roast varieties. I especially liked Ivory Coast and the Ecuador product is in a class by itself. I found Volta to be less flavorful and I found the Nigerian smoky flavor was better well when I added hazelnut flavoring. I will definitely be buying the Ivory Coast and Ecuador varieties routinely. Glad I tried out the variety pack.

I love waking up to the smell of Choffy in the mornings. I bring some to work and it is definitely the hit of the office break room when I bring it. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to drink something healthier than coffee. Tastes better too
