Questions

Do I need an account?

Yes. Points and referral rewards live in your Choffy account, so you need to be signed in to earn and use them. An account is free and earns you 5 points.

Do subscription orders earn points?

Yes. Every subscription delivery earns 1 point per $1, the same as a one-time order.

Can I use points on a subscription?

Yes. A rewards code works on subscription products as well as one-time purchases.

Do my points expire?

No. A code you redeem is good for one month, and if it goes unused the points come back to your balance.

Can I combine a rewards code with another discount?

No. One discount code per order.

Does my 25% referral reward work on subscriptions?

No. It's for one-time purchases.

My friend already has a Choffy account. Can they use my link?

The 30% is for new customers. If your friend has ordered from Choffy before or already has an account, the link won't apply.

Can I refer more than one friend?

Yes. Refer as many friends as you like. Each friend who places their first order earns you a separate 25% code.

When does my 25% show up?

Once your friend's order is placed, the code is on your Rewards page.
