Cacao behaves like coffee here. Take one bean and roast it darker and the cup turns deeper, smokier and closer to black coffee; stop the roast earlier and more of the fruit in the bean survives. Two bags of the same origin can be two completely different drinks. Roast is the lever that decides whether you like it.

Every ounce comes down in price as the bag goes up, and Choffy's ladder tops out 32 oz higher than Crio Bru's. Once brewed cacao is the drink you reach for every morning, that top number is the one that decides what the habit costs you.
Choffy takes 12% off a monthly subscription — 10% every two months, 8% every three. Crio Bru's published subscription discount is 5%, the same 5% on every plan they offer. Choffy's smallest subscription discount is still larger than Crio Bru's largest.

That is the entire list, and it is the same list on all ten bags. No added flavoring, no flavor oils, no blends, no fillers, no sugar. It is also why the numbers stay as clean as they do — about 20 calories per 8 oz cup, 0g fat, 0g sugar — because there is nothing in the bag but the bean.
Crio Bru sells four flavored products alongside their single origins. Their own published ingredient lists show what gets added:
