The biggest practical difference

Keurig & single-serve compatibility

If you want a single cup rather than a full pot, this is where the two brands split. Choffy sells pre-filled single-serve cups, and Choffy's own brewing guide states you can use them in any Keurig machine, with nothing to measure, fill or clean out afterward. Crio Bru doesn't sell a pre-filled cup: their FAQ points customers to refillable k-cups they pack themselves, and lists Keurig and espresso machines among the few brewers they don't recommend for their grounds.

The Choffy Single Serve Variety Set includes Ecuador, Volta, Nigeria, and Ivory Coast dark roasts, so a first order doubles as a flavor test.

Phenomenal coffee alternative! I love coffee and drank it religiously for years… I found this and OMG it is so good! I drank my coffee black and this is such a yummy alternative. I've tried them all and the Nigeria is my favorite so far, but they're all great.
