Choffy Rewards terms

These terms cover Choffy Rewards: points, rewards codes and referrals. Joining means you agree to them. Our Promotion & Giveaways Terms cover other promotions.

1. Joining

Choffy Rewards is free. Anyone with a Choffy account is a member; you join when you create an account. Points and rewards belong to one account. They can't be transferred, merged with another account or exchanged for cash.

2. Earning points

  1. You earn 1 point for each $1 spent on products, on one-time orders and subscription orders, online and when we sell in person. Tax and shipping don't earn points.
  2. Points are added when the order is placed.
  3. You also earn 5 points for creating an account, 50 points on your birthday once it's on file, and 20 points for following Choffy on each of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  4. Orders placed without a Choffy account don't earn points.

3. Refunds and cancellations

If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned may be removed from your balance.

4. Using points

  1. Every 33 points can be exchanged for $1 off. Redeeming creates a single-use discount code for that amount.
  2. A rewards code works on one-time and subscription products, has no minimum order and can't be combined with other discount codes.
  3. A rewards code expires one month after you redeem it. If it expires unused, the points go back on your balance.
  4. Codes must be applied at checkout. They can't be added to an order after it is placed.

5. Expiry

Points don't expire while the program runs.

6. Referrals

  1. Members can refer friends with their personal link or by entering a friend's email on the Rewards page.
  2. A referred friend gets a single-use code for 30% off their first order of $45 or more, on one-time purchases.
  3. The offer is for new customers. People who have ordered from Choffy before, or who already have a Choffy account, aren't eligible. Each new customer can use one referral offer.
  4. The friend must create a Choffy account with the email they claimed with to use the code.
  5. When the referred friend's order is placed, the referring member gets a single-use code for 25% off one-time purchases, with no minimum order.
  6. Members can refer as many friends as they like. The referring member gets one 25% code for each referred friend who places a first order.
  7. Referral codes don't expire and can't be combined with other discount codes.
  8. Referrals are for friends outside the member's household. Referring yourself or someone who lives with you, or creating accounts to collect referral rewards, isn't allowed.
  9. We review referred orders and may cancel or withhold referral discounts and rewards that break these rules.

7. Changes to the program

We may change or end Choffy Rewards at any time, including how points are earned and what they're worth. Changes will be posted on this page with the date they take effect.
