One of my new favorites

I've tried several of the various Choffy offerings. Volta Medium Roast has been a staple in my cupboard for quite some time. Although I'm a dark chocolate lover, I tend to find the dark roasts a bit too smoky. Medium roasts are my jam. The Ecuador Medium was a delightful variation on my Volta favorite. It's a bit darker, fragrant in the bag, deeper flavor in the cup. I tend to mix my cacao to make my own blend and I like half Volta and half Ecuador now, although I can certainly enjoy either on their own. I bought one of the 80 oz bags (which seemed a bit much as I usually buy the 32 oz) but I'm glad I did. This is a keeper. I'm hoping they can get more by the time I run out. :)
(just a note, I allow my Choffy to steep for at least 15 mins or more in my press with an occasional stir for max flavor)
